Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar and nutmeg together.
    Mix together milk, egg and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir only enough to mix.
    Fill greased baking pan. Bake at 425\u00b0
    about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
