Noreen'S Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    2 2/3 c. mincemeat
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 lb. candied fruit
    1 c. walnuts
    1/4 c. rum
Preparation
    Use a 9-inch tube pan.
    Line with wax paper; butter lining. Sift flour and baking soda together; set aside.
    In large bowl, mix together all other ingredients.
    Fold in flour mixture; put in pan.
    Cook for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Turn out of pan; remove paper.
    Cool.
