Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. zucchini, grated
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Add flour mixture to egg mixture.
    Fold in nuts and zucchini.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in 2 greased loaf pans.
    If using 6 small pans, bake for 45 minutes.
