Italian Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    18 large mushrooms
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Remove and chop mushroom stems.
    Saute stems, onions and garlic in skillet in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and oregano.
    Add to skillet.
