Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
4 chicken breast halves, diced
3 to 4 green onions, slivered
3 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 pkg. slivered almonds
5 oz. chow mein noodles
1 head lettuce, washed and torn into small pieces
dressing (recipe follows)
Preparation

Saute chicken in oil until browned and cooked thoroughly.
Set aside; discard oil.
Toast sesame seed and almonds in pan in oven for approximately 10 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Set aside.
Toss together lettuce, onions and chicken.
Sprinkle almonds and sesame seed on top.
Just before serving, add noodles and pour dressing over the top.
