Tex-Mex Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 Snackwell's fat-free cracked pepper crackers (about 1 c. crumbs)
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1 Tbsp. mashed green chilies
    1 lb. boneless chicken tenderloins
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. think and chunky salsa (recommend Doritos mild salsa; it's not too hot for kids)
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs and chili powder; set aside.
    In separate bowl, blend egg product and chilies.
    Coat chicken with flour; dip into egg mixture.
    Coat with cracker crumbs.
    Place on greased sheet.
    Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Serve with salsa.
