Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    1 bell pepper
    4 hot peppers, chopped
    3 onions, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Remove seeds from peppers.
    Use plastic gloves and keep away from face.
    Chop and cook peppers in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
    For milder sauce, drain water and boil again with fresh water.
    Mix cornstarch with a little water.
    Slowly add to peppers.
    Mix the rest of ingredients and cook until it thickens.
