Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry
1 c. American or Cheddar cheese, shredded
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Boil or bake chicken breasts until done.
Chop into bite size pieces.
Cook broccoli, drain and put in bottom of deep casserole dish.
Spread chicken on top.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise and curry powder.
Spread on top of chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until mixture is bubbly.
Serve with rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
