Ultra Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomato sauce
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 large eggs
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    lasagna noodles, uncooked
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine tomato sauce, garlic and oregano in a bowl.
    In another bowl, beat the eggs.
    Then beat in Ricotta, Parmesan
    and nutmeg.
    Pour a generous amount of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish/pan.
    Alternate lasagna, sauce, cheese mixture and Mozzarella, making layers ending with Mozzarella.
    Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake 1 hour, remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
    Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
