Corn Pancakes Or Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix (8 to 10 oz.)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat griddle or waffle iron.
    Grease lightly.
    Blend muffin mix, egg, shortening and milk.
    Bake on hot griddle or waffle iron.
