Southern Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 bag frozen onions
1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix above ingredients.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for almost 1 hour. Easy to burn, watch it.
