Mozzarella Chicken(Serve Over Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 or 2 bell peppers
    1 large onion
    2 sticks real butter
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    minced garlic or garlic powder
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Cut up chicken; remove the skin.
    Use mainly the breast, thighs and legs.
    In large electric skillet, melt butter.
    Add garlic.
    Sprinkle on bottom of skillet.
    Now add cut-up chicken. Simmer until lightly brown on one side.
