Oatmeal Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened butter or oil
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix butter, eggs, bananas and honey.
    Mix together yogurt and baking soda. Add to mixture and cream.
    Add flour to creamed mixture and stir just until blended.
    Stir in oatmeal. Fill muffin cup 2/3 full of filling. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 18 muffins.
