Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. cream cheese, cubed
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. light cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
    2 c. cubed bread (4 slices)
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Saute pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic and onion in oil until tender, but still crisp; cool.
    Beat eggs with cream; add cheeses, bread, salt, pepper and vegetables (should be fairly thick).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
    Very rich dish!!
