Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium yams
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
-
Boil and peel yams.
Cut into quarters lengthwise.
Place in shallow buttered pan.
Pour syrup over yams and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
