Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag; shake until well coated.
Empty bag into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, until potatoes are brown and tender.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
