Mock Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Northern (fish)
3 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
10 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 1/2 Tbsp. salt
10 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Fillet fish; wash and dry, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Combine other ingredients and mix well and add to each quart jar, put all in jars.
Pressure at 15 pounds for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 7 quarts.
