Cherry Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add vanilla, then flour.
    Save back 1 cup of batter.
    Pour rest of batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Spread pie filling over batter, then the cup of batter over pie filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
