Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, grated or chopped
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Gradually stir in milk and then chocolate pieces.
    Cook and stir over medium high heat until bubbly.
    Cook and stir exactly 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir a moderate amount of hot mixture into yolks; immediately return to hot mixture.
    Cook exactly 2 minutes more stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla. Pour into cooled baked pastry shell*.
    Spread meringue atop pie and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cool.
