Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
    1 tsp. parsley
    4 eggs
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 3/4 c. milk
    chopped onion
    2 (9-inch) frozen crusts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake crusts for 5 minutes.
    Brown sausage.
    Add the sausage and cheese to the crusts.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and divide evenly between the 2 pans.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
