Ingredients

4 medium seedless oranges, washed and quartered
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour 2 cups sugar in a large pot.
Add water; watch, you need to make a heavy syrup.
Simmer until color starts to darken.
In a food processor shred the oranges.
Put cinnamon and oranges into heavy syrup and stir.
Cook until done.
Let cool and then refrigerate.
