Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 cans bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped finely
    2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    2 cans pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
    12 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium bowl with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    In a large shallow platter, spread bean dip, then top with avocado mixture and sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with cheese. Serve at room temperature or chilled with lots of chips.
