Family Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (more if needed)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. tomato catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients into a loaf pan (8 x 4 x 2-inch shallow pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
