Mandarin Salad Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. oriental flavored Ramen noodles
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Remove packet of seasoning from Ramen noodles and mix with sugar, oil, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
Set aside.
Crumble noodles and bake with almonds at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven and cool.
Toss together lettuce and celery.
Add baked noodles, almonds, liquid mixture and mandarin oranges.
Serve immediately.
