Beef Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp. horseradish
2 bags chopped beef
2 small chopped onions or less
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt (powder or small amount of salt)
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise and cheese.
Add all other ingredients, except meat and onions.
Work into a paste, using mixer.
Add meat and onions.
Cover with tinfoil and chill for 2 hours.
Roll in nuts.
