Low-Cholesterol Holiday Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. defrosted egg substitute
    sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbsp.
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, rum or brandy flavoring
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix equal parts of Vernor's ginger ale and white grape juice. Chilled ingredients and an ice ring make it even better.
