Jan'S Tuna Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
    1 large can diced tomatoes (optional with Italian seasoning)
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 large onion
    1 large green or red bell pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 to 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directions ask.
    Pour into a very large casserole dish.
    Add tomatoes and Ro-Tel, then all other ingredients.
    Sprinkle top with more Italian seasoning or parsley. Quick and delicious.
