Marbled Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
In large bowl, beat cheese until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour half batter evenly over prepared crust.
Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter.
Spoon over vanilla batter.
With table knife swirl through batter.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool.
Cut in bars.
Refrigerate.
