Nancy'S New Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. granulated sugar
    8 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    6 Tbsp. vegetable shortening (cold)
    5 to 6 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and salt, work in butter or shortening by hand.
    Cut ice water in with fork.\tChill, roll out and bake. 375\u00b0
