Chantilly Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, mashed
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pile mashed potatoes in baking dish.
    Beat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff.
    Fold in 1/2 cup of grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
    Spread over the potatoes and bake in oven (350\u00b0) until delicately brown, 15 minutes or so.
