Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil
broth of chicken
Preparation

Mix together and add broth to moisten dough.
Work flour in as making biscuits until stiff.
Roll out and let set to dry for 15 to 20 minutes.
Drop in rolling boiling liquid broth, then turn to low and simmer until done.
