German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts (may add 1 c.)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, thin sliced
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.
Batter will be stiff.
Spread into a greased and floured pan, 13 x 9-inch; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
Serves 8.
