Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, unpeeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, cut up
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    2 c. herb dressing mix
    1/4 lb. melted margarine
Preparation
    Place zucchini and onion in saucepan and cover with water. Boil for 5 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Mix carrots, cream cheese and chicken soup.
    Add zucchini and onion.
    Mix herb dressing mix with melted butter until well blended.
    Layer 2/3 of the crumb mixture at the bottom of a 10 x 9-inch dish.
    Pour filling over crumb mixture.
    Top with remaining crumbs and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes until golden brown on top.
    Serves 8 to 10.
