Sweet Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    8 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cloves
    3 Tbsp. allspice
    2 sticks cinnamon
    8 lb. peaches
Preparation
    Mix vinegar, water, sugar and spices.
    Bring to a boil.
    Drop in whole fresh peaches which has been peeled.
    Simmer peaches in syrup for about 5 minutes.
    Pack in warm clean jars and pour syrup over them. Seal.
