Divinity Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine light corn syrup, water and sugar.
Boil to 265\u00b0 (hard ball stage).
Beat egg whites stiff and gradually beat in boiling syrup.
Whip until it begins to stiffen.
Add vanilla and pecans. Drop on waxed paper.
Makes about 150 pieces.
