Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. leftover roast, cubed
    2 c. leftover cooked vegetables or 1 can mixed vegetables
    2 1/2 c. gravy
    3 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Heat meat, vegetables and gravy thoroughly.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Combine potatoes and egg.
    Make a border with potato mix over meat mixture or cover it completely.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is light brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
