Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. sliced apples (I just put what I want)
1 egg (unbeaten)
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Slice apples in a pan.
In another dish, mix together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add the unbeaten egg; mix well.
Add oil; spread or crumble mixture over apples.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is good and firm.
