Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice box yellow cake mix
1 cup margarine/butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) contained lite non-dairy topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line 9 x 13 inch pan with waxed paper.
Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into pan.
Pour dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool and invert into serving platter.
