Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops
    4 bell pepper rings
    2 very small onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 to 2-1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides, place in casserole dish.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place 4 rings of bell pepper on top of chops.
    Place 1/2 onion in each pepper ring.
    Add cooked rice on top of onion.
    Pour canned tomatoes on top.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
