Wheat Germ Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted shortening
1 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. wheat germ
Preparation

Beat together egg, sugar, milk and shortening.
Mix in flour, sifted with baking powder. Stir in wheat germ lightly. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12.
