Chocolate Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    4 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. hot water
    ice cream
Preparation
    Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
    Stir in milk, butter and vanilla.
    Pour batter into 9-inch square baking dish.
    Combine remaining sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and salt.
    Mix well and sprinkle over batter.
    Pour water over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream.
    Also reheats well.
