Diabetic Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsweetened white grape juice
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 pt. strawberries
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine
    grape juice, water and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until clear.
    Mixture will not thicken. Remove from
    heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Chill in bowl
    in refrigerator
    until
    partially
    set.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Spoon into
    baked pie shell.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or until set.
