Ice Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla or brandy extract
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Beat egg until thick and light.
    Beat in sugar and salt. Gradually beat in butter extract.
    Fold in cream.
    Serve on warm chocolate or white cake squares.
    Makes about 12 servings.
