Silk Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
3/4 c. sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 chilled, raw eggs
1 baked pie shell
sweetened whipped cream (1/2 pt.)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy (about 5 minutes on mixer so it won't be \"grainy\").
Melt chocolate over boiling water in double boiler.
Blend chocolate into butter-sugar mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and blend.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating 2 minutes after each addition.
Turn into baked pie shell and chill several hours.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
