Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 lb.) bags oranges, peeled and cut up
    1/2 to 3/4 can coconut
    1 tsp. sugar (if needed)
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
    1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 to 3/4 c. orange juice
    2 bananas
    1 red apple (with peel for color)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except bananas and nuts, in a large bowl.
    Add bananas and nuts right before serving.
    Keep refrigerated.
