Turkey Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped (frozen)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked turkey pieces
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Place in an 8 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    In saucepan, melt the 2 tablespoons butter.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Swiss cheese until melted.
    Stir in turkey.
    Pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and melted 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
