Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 c. cranberries
    1/4 c. chopped orange
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
    1/2 c. orange flavored liqueur
Preparation
    Heat sugar and juice in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir in berries, orange pulp and peel.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add liqueur and simmer 2 minutes more.
    Refrigerate covered.
