Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 slightly beaten egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Cook over hot water until tender (45 minutes) rice in 2 cups milk and salt.
    Last 1/2 hour stir in raisins.
    Next stir in remaining 2 cups milk, beaten egg yolks, cinnamon and vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Next, carefully fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into casserole and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cold.
