Pineapple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
vegetable oil
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and stir well. Add eggs, milk and pineapple, stir until smooth.
Heat 3 to 4-inches of oil to 375\u00b0.
Carefully drop batter by heaping tablespoonful into hot oil.
Cook about 1 minute or until golden on one side.
Turn and cook other side about 1 minute.
Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Yields 3 dozen.
