Vegetable Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    3/4 c. each: chopped green pepper, onion, carrots, tomato, cauliflower and broccoli
    1 c. shredded Cheddar (use less onion)
Preparation
    Press rolls onto an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet.
    Bake 6 to 7 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Mix next 4 ingredients and spread over baked rolls.
    Spread vegetables over cheese mixture.
    Cover with plastic wrap and press vegetables into cheese mixture.
    Chill, covered, 3 to 4 hours.
    Cut, serve and enjoy.
